Corporate entities who wish to employ a pre-determined number of skilled, semi-skilled or unskilled foreign workers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Foreign staff may only be employed if there are no South African employees available with the necessary skills and qualifications to fulfil the vacant positions.
Additional Information
The validity period of this visa is predetermined upon application.
Applications must be made at the Visa & Permit Facilitation Centre closest to the applicants residence.
